Staying loyal to the City of Milwaukee, Attorney Buss attended the University of Marquette School of Law. There he was groomed by some of the finest and most accomplished legal minds in the country. For three years Attorney Buss worked tirelessly to acquire as much knowledge of the legal realm as possible.

He studied all areas of law and surrounded himself with a diverse group of classmates whose differing backgrounds and beliefs further enhanced his ability to coordinate with others.

His ability to work effectively with others was recognized by faculty and staff alike. Most notably, during his second year of law school Attorney Buss was offered a highly coveted clerkship with the Wisconsin Institute of Law & Liberty (WILL) under the guidance and direction of Rick Esenberg.

After successfully completing his clerkship Attorney Buss eventually graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2015, obtaining his Doctrine in Jurisprudence.

Upon graduating from law school, Attorney Buss immediately began working in the personal injury field. Having first been introduced to the personal injury realm in 2010, Attorney Buss knew that he had found his calling. He eventually worked as an Associate attorney at several different personal injury firms before deciding to open up his own practice, Buss Law LLC, in the Summer of 2018.

Since the firm’s opening Attorney Buss has helped countless victims in their pursuit of justice. To date Attorney Buss has recovered over $1,000,000.00 on behalf of his clients. His outstanding work in the legal realm has not gone unnoticed, as Attorney Buss was recently named one of the “10 Best Attorneys – Wisconsin” by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. More recently he was recognized by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys as one of the “Top 10 Attorneys Under 40” nationwide.

Despite the awards and accolades Attorney Buss has never lost sight of what is truly important: helping others. He continues to carry himself with the same principles and passions that have guided him throughout his life. Whether advocating on behalf of his clients or navigating them through their darkest hour, Attorney Buss has been and always will remain a fighter for the faint, a voice for the voiceless, and a champion for the forgotten men and women in our society.
