Attorney Kyle T. Buss was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. From an early age his parents implemented in him the importance of helping others, especially those less fortunate. As he worked his way through college, he volunteered at the UWM Legal Clinic, and founded a non-profit organization focused on providing food and clothing to those in need. He eventually graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with academic honors in Psychology and History. He then continued his education at Marquette University School of Law, earning his doctrine in Jurisprudence in 2015. 

After working for several other law firms, Attorney Buss opened his own firm in 2018. His success in the legal realm has been recognized nationwide. The National Trial Lawyers has awarded him as a “Top 40 Under 40” Plaintiff’s attorney. The American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys awarded him “10 Best Personal Injury Law Attorney.” The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys awarded him “Top 10 Under 40.” More recently, Attorney Buss was named a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star. Yet, despite all the awards, his passion for helping others always has been, and always will be, the most important feat of all.

Outside of the courtroom, Attorney Buss has years of experience dealing and negotiating with insurance adjusters and attorneys in a varieties of injury cases. He knows what it takes to reach large verdicts and settlements. He has successfully handled cases ranging from motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents with significant injuries and damages, to premises liability incidents and dog bite cases, to name just a few. 

When he’s not practicing law, Attorney Buss enjoys spending time with his friends and family, exercising, and taking care of his dog Chewy. He’s also dedicated to bettering his community, spending time volunteering at the Milwaukee Rescue Mission and Hales Corners Lutheran Church. His firm has also partnered with numerous non-profit organizations throughout the years.
